Starters

Spiced parsnip and apple soup served with homemade bread and parsnip crisps (V).

Smoked salmon carpaccio served with beetroot, orange and horseradish.

Chicken Liver Parfait served with Apple and saffron chutney.

 

Main Courses

Butter Basted Turkey pauplette with chestnut and apricot stuffing. Served with all the trimmings.

Roasted red peppers stuffed with lentils, mushrooms, spinach, nuts and cheese served with a rocket pesto and watercress (V).

Grilled fillet of seabass served with cauliflower puree, garlic & thyme roast potatoes, roasted vegetables and a lemon and parsley butter.

 

Desserts

Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce.

Selection of Scottish cheeses served with oatcakes and chutney.

Apple and rhubarb baked almond crumble served with vanilla ice cream.

December 25th 2017

 

3 courses plus a glass of fizz on arrival £45.00 p/p.

Served at 3pm bookings and pre orders only.

 

Starters

Lentil and chunky vegetable soup, served with homemade bread (V).

Classic prawn cocktail served with chargrilled bread.

Chicken Liver Parfait served with Apple and saffron chutney.

Creamy wild mushrooms and smoky pancetta served on a toasted brioche (V).

 

Main Courses

Roasted butter basted turkey pauplette with sage and onion stuffing. Served with all the trimmings.

8oz rib eye steak served with a caramelized shallot puree, roast potatoes, slow roasted tomatoes, crispy sweet onion rings and a rich Shiraz and beef dipping sauce. (£2.50 supplement).

Baked fillet of salmon served with roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables, rocket pesto and a lemon & garlic butter.

Butternut squash and sage risotto served with chargrilled bread, vegetables crisps and rocket (V).

 

Desserts

Slow Roasted tomato and red pepper soup served with basil oil and homemade bread. (V)

Oatmeal rolled haggis bon bons served with a wholegrain mustard and whisky cream. (V option)

Seared Scallops with curried parsnip puree, parsnip crisps and crispy pancetta.

Chicken liver parfait served with apple and saffron chutney and chargrilled bread.

 

Main Courses

Grilled fillet of cod served with crushed new potatoes, roasted mediterrian vegetables, chorizo and a sun blushed tomato puree.

Slow Braised Ox cheeks with smoked pancetta, mushrooms and baby onions. Served with buttery mash and seasonal greens.

Roasted red peppers stuffed with lentils, mushrooms, spinach, nuts and cheese served with a rocket pesto and watercress (V).

Chicken and black pudding stack served with a creamy peppercorn sauce, roast potatoes and vegetables.
